I don't know if this will help, but when I was going through the files I saw that in MZ's TV folder both of the male files for the replacement titled "TV_Body_po1" and "TV_Body_po1_c" were similar if not the same? Then again, I just took a glance after I noticed something was wrong with my own set up.
There are 47 bodies. You have to be even more specific than that. I've checked and haven't spotted issues, but there's 47 of them, so I can't be sure if I skipped any.
Navigate to the body you want, copy the files, and paste them into the RPG Maker generator. They're all different folders because MV/MZ generator doesn't allow for different bodies.
These are so awesome! Big fan of expressive sprite faces. I love that you included generator parts so we can make unique looking characters of our own. Fantastic job!

the male images completely messed up and doesnt work for the generator
Could you be more specific? Which are you using, MZ or MV? Do they match the generator parts you're putting them into?
